Visa Information

Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. The organizer will provide assistance to prepare the document for visa application. The document preparation will begin from the middle of June 2015 as the Japanese Embassy will only accept visa applications 3 months before the conference. Please note that the visa document will only be provided to participants who have paid the registration fee. Conference organizers recommend that attendees requiring visa begin this process immediately as the visa process can be lengthy.
